A solid understanding of the Lotus family of products and solutions is a great way to put yourself on the path to sales success. This IBM Top Gun Virtual Learning class provides a look at the full range of IBM Social Business and Collaboration offerings from a non-technical sales standpoint. We will focus on what the products deliver and where they fit in the marketplace. An overview of the product strategy kicks off the class, building a framework for the product sessions to follow. Product features are explained and the types of customers to target are identified. This class can serve as a prerequisite for attending a face to face IBM Collaboration Solutions Top Gun Class.
