The Rational Software Navigator class is designed to provide a broad, high-level introduction to Rational’s family of products. The main audience is any salesperson new to Softare Group and/or new to selling the Rational portfolio. Business partners, and other non-software sellers who want to understand how they might add Rational products to their deals are also welcome to attend. This class will serve as a prerequisite for attending the Rational Top Gun Class.

- Rational Solutions Strategy Overview
- Rational Products supporting Governance and Risk Management
- Rational products supporting Global Development and Delivery
- Rational products supporting SOA
- Introduction to Enterprise Modernization
- How to download and customize the ROI Tool

This class will be held on three consecutive days, from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm Eastern Time. This is a total of 3 half-days.

The audience for the Rational Navigator are Rational sales and technical specialists, Business Partners,SSR’s,ISSR’s, ITSR’s, and CSSR’s. and anyone interested in better understanding IBM's Rational software products and solutions.

This class builds foundational skill and knowledge to enable students to:
- gain a basic understanding of the Rational strategy
- identify the basic capabilities of Rational products
- understand the target audience for Rational products and solutions
- identify potential opportunities for Rational solutions early in the sales cycle

The class location is your office - no travel. The IBM Systems Navigator is two, half-day sessions of live virtual classroom on the internet
