The Lotus Navigator class is designed to provide a broad, high-level introduction to the Lotus family of products and solutions. The main audience is any salesperson new to Software Group and/or new to selling the Lotus portfolio. Business partners, GBS, GTS, and other non-software sellers who want to understand how they might add Lotus software to their deals are also welcome to attend. This class can serve as a prerequisite for attending Lotus Top Gun Class.
Topics include:
- Lotus strategy overview
- Introduction to Lotus product family
- Introduction to Lotus competition

This class will be held on three consecutive days, from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm Eastern Time. This is a total of 3 half-days.

The audience for Lotus Navigator includes, CSSRs, Call Center reps, eSMs, Systems Sales specialists, System Architects, Technical Supports, GBS, GTS, Business Partners, Marketing, Enablement, and anyone interested in better understanding IBM's Lotus software products and solutions.
