The Information Management Navigator class is designed to provide a broad, high-level introduction to the IM family of products and solutions. The main audience is any salesperson new to Software Group and/or new to selling the IM portfolio. Business partners, GBS, GTS, and other non-software sellers who want to understand how they might add IM solutions to their deals are also welcome to attend. This class can serve as a prerequisite for attending IM Top Gun Class.
General Topics include:
- IM strategy overview
- Introduction to IM product family
- Introduction to IM competition

This class will be held on three consecutive days, from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm Eastern Time. This is a total of 3 half-days.

The audience for IM Navigator includes, CSSRs, Call Center reps, eSMs, Systems Sales specialists, System Architects, Technical Supports, GBS, GTS, Business Partners, Marketing, Enablement, and anyone interested in better understanding IBM's IM software products and solutions.

This class builds foundational skill and knowledge to enable students to:
- gain an basic understanding of the IM strategy
- identify the basic capabilities of IM products
- understand the target audience for IM products and solutions
- identify potential opportunities for IM solutions early in the sales cycle

The location is your office - no travel required. The IBM IM Navigator class is three half-day sessions of live virtual classroom on the internet.
