What's required to attend?

Some classes have pre-requisites. Be sure to complete these in advance.

Once you enroll, you'll have some preparation to do. We'll ship you a headset, you'll load client code on your system via the web, and perform a simple functional check. You're also asked to create your own "classroom":

  • Block your calendar for the class hours and make sure your manager and team know you will be unavailable.
  • Clear a workspace on your desk so you have a place to jot notes and questions.
  • Turn off the phone ringer, email notification, and other “pop-up” notifications during class. Activity on your system may affect the course reception quality.
  • Ask for privacy. Close the door to your office or post a sign outside your door or cubicle that says training is in progress and, please, no interruptions. You may also want to include the time you will be available after training.
