Richard Swain

East US Region Technical Sales Specialist - NAS

Richard Swain is an IT Specialist working in the Sales and Distribution group based in Research Triangle Park, of North Carolina, US. Richard's focus is solely on IBM Network-Attached Storage (NAS) products, including Scale out NAS (SoNAS) and the N series Storage platform within the IBM OEM partnership with Netapp. Richard graduated from North Carolina State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Barry Whyte

Barry Whyte is a 'Master Inventor' working in the Systems & Technology Group based in IBM Hursley, UK. Barry primarily works on the IBM SAN Volume Controller virtualization system. Barry graduated from The University of Glasgow in 1996 with a B.Sc (Hons) in Computing Science. In his 14 years at IBM he has worked on the successful Serial Storage Architecture (SSA) range of products and the follow on Fibre-channel products used in the IBM DS8000 range. Anthony Vandewerdt

Anthony Vandewerdt is an IBM Storage Specialist based in Melbourne, Australia. Anthony's expertise spans the entire IBM Storage portfolio, with specialization in creating solutions that use Enterprise Disk, SAN and Storage Virtualization. Anthony joined IBM in 1989 and started his career working in post-sales technical delivery and support. In 1999 Anthony started working with the IBM Enterprise Storage Server (commonly known as the IBM Shark) and has since had roles working with nearly all of IBM's System Storage products. Anthony currently works as a pre-sales Field Technical Support Specialist.
