Abstract: This whitepaper covers WebSphere Application Server 7.0 AIX migration. This document was produced as part of the Mixed Platform Stack project and covers the migration of a WebSphere Application Server environment to version 7.0 on AIX. The document includes considerations for integrating with additional IBM products and platforms such as WebSphere MQ, DB2, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for WebSphere and z/OS. The document covers the process of migrating development, test and production environments in detail.
