Abstract: This paper describes measurements that demonstrate the significant performance improvements available to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne clients as a result of recent POWER6 processor, IBM i 6.1, and WebSphere Application Server 6.1 product announcements. In addition to impressive reductions in processor and memory requirements for web-based clients, test results show more than a 30% reduction in UBE (batch) elapsed times.
