Abstract: Siebel eBusiness Applications enable organizations to create a single source of customer information that makes it easier to sell to, market to, and service customers across multiple channels, including the Web, call centers, field, resellers, retail, and dealer networks. Siebel eBusiness Applications provide an integrated family of eBusiness applications for managing, synchronizing, and coordinating all customer touchpoints. The sizing questionnaires are used to gather the requirements that are used to estimate the hardware resources to run Siebel eBusiness Applications on IBM hardware.
