Abstract: This sizing process applies only to customers in the pre-sales phase with Oracle Retail (Retek). If your customer has already purchased their Oracle Retail software, they should engage their implementation partner for any future sizings. Use the process described below to request an Oracle Retail (formally RETEK) sizing from IBM and Oracle. Please read all the instructions carefully before proceeding as this process is different from other ISV sizing requests performed by IBM. For further questions, please contact esizings@us.ibm.com.
