IBM PowerHA SystemMirror supports the IBM 4-Port Async EIA-232 PCIe Adapter (FC 5277/5785) February 12, 2010 November 19. 2010 IBM PowerHA SystemMirror for AIX* (formerly HACMP*) V5.5 and 6.1 for AIX V5.3 and V6.1 adds support for the IBM 4 Port Async EIA-232 PCIe Adapter (FC 5785). IBM 4-Port Async EIA-232 PCIe Adapter (FC 5785) AIX V5.3 AIX 6.1 PowerHA V5.5 AIX V5.3, TL10 RSCT 2.4.5.4 AIX V6.1, TL03 RSCT 2.5.0.0 PowerHA V6.1 AIX V5.3, TL10 RSCT 2.4.5.4 AIX V6.1, TL03 RSCT 2.5.0.0 Support extended to include the low profile version, #5277, of this adapter. Notes · Built-in serial ports in Power 6/7 servers are not available for PowerHA use. This card supports serial heartbeat networks.
