Abstract: IBM PowerHA supports the IBM PCI-Express SAS Adapters (#5901, #5903, and #5278)

06/05/2009 11/19/2010 01/25/2010 IBM PowerHA* (formerly HACMP*) for AIX, V5.4.1 and V5.5 adds support for the IBM System Storage EXP 12S (SAS Disk Drawer) (#5886) using the PCI Express (PCIe) Dual – x4 SAS Adapter (#5901) and PCI Express (PCIe) Dual – x8 3Gb SAS RAID Adapter (#5903). Please refer to the following information for support details. Note: TL = Technology Level and SP = Service Pack IBM PCI-Express SAS Adapter (#5901/#5903) AIX V5.3 AIX V6.1 PowerHA V5.4.1 PowerHA V5.4.1 SP2 PowerHA APAR #IZ44061+ AIX V5.3 TL10++ RSCT V2.4.8.0 PowerHA V5.4.1 SP2 PowerHA APAR #IZ44061+ AIX V6.1 TL3++ RSCT V2.5.0.0 PowerHA V5.5 PowerHA V5.5 SP1 PowerHA APAR #IZ44057+ AIX V5.3 TL10++ RSCT V2.4.10.0 PowerHA V5.5 SP1 PowerHA APAR #IZ44057+ AIX V6.1 TL2 SP3++ AIX APAR #IZ31208 RSCT V2.5.2.0 Support extended to include low profile, #5278, of these adapters.
