Abstract: This doc contains software level information required to support the P6 570 with HACMP. This support does include the new integrated virtual ethernet (IVE) feature.

HACMP supports the IBM System p 570 June 12, 2007 IBM* High Availability Cluster Multiprocessing (HACMP*) for AIX 5L*, V5.3 and V5.4 expands support to the IBM System p* 570 Model 9117-MMA running the AIX 5L operating system. Please refer to the following table for support details. Note: TL = Technology Level IBM p570 (9117-MMA) AIX 5L V5.2 AIX 5L V5.3 HACMP for AIX 5L, V5.2 HACMP # IY97326 AIX TL10 HACMP # IY97326 AIX TL6 HACMP for AIX 5L, V5.3 HACMP # IY94307 AIX TL10 HACMP # IY94307 AIX TL6 HACMP for AIX 5L, V5.4 HACMP #IY87247 AIX TL10 HACMP #IY87247 AIX TL6 Restriction notes for CoD/DLPAR: HACMP does not support CoD/DLPAR on POWER6* processors. IBM intends to remove this restriction in a future Service Pack.
