Abstract: HACMP supports the new 10/100/100 Ethernet adapter

HACMP supports the new 10/100/100 Ethernet adapter February 24, 2006 IBM High Availability Cluster Multiprocessing (HACMP*) for AIX 5L*, Version 5.2 and Version 5.3 now expands support to include the new IBM 4-port Ethernet adapter, feature code 1954 and 5740. The IBM 4-Port 10/100/1000 Base-TX PCI-X Adapter (#1954 or #5740) is an Ethernet adapter that supports 4 Gb ports on a single adapter, delivers increased bandwidth, and is designed to provide high connectivity and reliability using two integrated, dual-port Gigabit Ethernet controllers.
