This site contains IBM's IPLA family of license agreements and program license information documents which apply to certain IBM software announced after May, 1999.

These documents are for your reference and viewing convenience. They are normally provided with IBM software in hardcopy form or are imbedded in the software in softcopy form for acceptance prior to installation of the software, or both.

• These base license agreements apply to programs which have a general availability date after January 1, 2003. The base license agreements are being updated in 2009.
