Registering

Registering for Shopz is fast and easy, because Shopz uses your IBM ID, where your personal information is already stored. If you don't have an IBM ID, you will need to register for one before you can register for Shopz.

After your IBM ID is authenticated, you will just add a few details, like your company's IBM customer numbers, to your Shopz preferences to complete your registration. You only need to include the customer numbers that you use to order software. You will be able to update your customer numbers after registration by editing your Shopz preferences.

Once you have finished registering, you will be signed into Shopz and you can immediately begin creating orders, but you will not be permitted to submit them until your information has been verified. You will receive a confirmation e-mail soon after registering, and a second e-mail once your information has been verified and you are authorized to submit software orders. If you do not receive any e-mail, it might mean that you entered your e-mail address incorrectly in your IBM ID.

* Per IT Security Standard regulation; if you have an IBM ID registered to use ShopZ application, this will be subject to periodic review of access rights and this re-authorization occurs twice a year.

For Internal IBM users please refer to the Request Access to Shopz for IBM internals

If you are an external user, please refer to Shopz-RAM request access instructions
