Draft orders

The process of creating an order is broken up into a series of short steps. Different categories of orders have different steps.

While you are working on an order, you can navigate to other features of Shopz and quickly return to your order using the My current order link in the left navigation area, but you should save your order periodically using the Save button on the bottom of each step. If you leave Shopz or your session times out, you'll be able to find and continue working on your saved draft orders on the Draft orders page.

Submitted orders

After you've submitted an order, you can review it by clicking on its name in the Processing section of the My orders page, unless all processing for the order has already completed, in which case it would be in the Completed section.

You can also track, your order's progress and, if you selected Internet delivery, you can download it right from Shopz.
