Connects officers to policing data using mobile devices.

Datasheet	Provide a simple, intuitive interface for querying criminal data. A mobile policing tool for quick access to multiple data sources with a single query when responding to calls, talking to witnesses, and more. Enhances situational awareness based on automatic geo-location to help keep officers safe. Supports COPLINK facial recognition capability using the mobile device built-in camera.

IBM COPLINK on Cloud Core Configuration

An entry level configuration of COPLINK on Cloud, COPLINK Core enables law enforcement agencies to obtain the primary features and functions of COPLINK on Cloud at a reduced cost. An analysis of more than 68 million queries made by COPLINK users showed which features and functions were used the most. The COPLINK Core component is based on this analysis to provide the most used capabilities.

Designed for small agencies that have 25 to 100 officers, COPLINK Core has a lower cost than the full COPLINK  base component. COPLINK Core includes the following functions:

IBM COPLINK on Cloud File Exporter for NIBRS

This connector for IBM COPLINK on Cloud provides the ability for agencies in the United States with the appropriate rights to ingest National Incident Based Reporting Standard (NIBRS) crime reports and then export them to the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) NIBRS database. Ingest occurs from multiple sources into a COPLINK data warehouse, using automated tools to extract data on a scheduled basis directly from a records system. The program also has a manual data entry component for use by agencies that lack an automated system. The program performs error checking and validation prior to ingesting the data into COPLINK and then forwards the resultant NIBRS report to the FBI. The export is an XML file in NIBRS format.

Note: Agencies must have the appropriate agreements in place with the requisite third parties to use this connector.

IBM COPLINK on Cloud

IBM COPLINK on Cloud brings the most up-to-date application functions to a platform designed to be highly available, reliable and security rich. There is no need for agencies to procure and configure software and hardware. Instead, agencies are able to activate these resources expeditiously and according to their needs. Cloud deployment grows – or shrinks – with user needs. With a cloud deployment, application configuration requirements become the domain of the cloud provider and no longer consume agency user time and IT staff resources.

This flexible, scalable COPLINK on Cloud solution suite can support both a complete cloud deployment or a hybrid configuration which allows data to remain on premise and under direct user control. It is accessible through mobile devices, laptops, and workstations.

IBM i2 COPLINK v 4.9

IBM i2 COPLINK V4.9 introduces the modernized web-based COPLINK user interface (UI). This first instance of the new UI can be used for tactical lead generation and printing. It has a day and a night view, available through a light and dark color palette choice that a user can easily alternate between. The new UI has improved mapping capabilities, and the information on each screen is organized in an intuitive manner with topics grouped in tabs. This new version brings logical analytics together on a single screen in response to user queries to quickly reveal patterns and facilitate insights.
