Extract key concepts and opinions
IBM SPSS Text Analytics for Surveys automatically extracts key concepts and opinions from text responses, creates categories and places responses into categories.
Create and combine categories
Manually create and combine categories; for example, you can see which categories share responses. You can also manually add responses to categories.
You can export results to IBM SPSS Statistics or other programs as categories or dichotomies to create tables and graphs separately or with other survey data.
View and edit categories
You can view and edit categories and their contents in the Category pane. Here we see that the Technical Features category has a Storage Capacity subcategory. Concepts, such as capacity, are descriptors for the subcategory. Since capacity occurs in 12 responses, each has been automatically assigned to Storage Capacity.
