Allows you to detect vulnerability exposures in images to help ensure that virtual machines are created with the proper level of security.
Stores images in a neutral hypervisor format to reduce duplication and allow conversion to mix and match hypervisor technologies.

Choice of hardware and hypervisor

Provides a single management platform throughout different infrastructures. This helps reduce complexity and operations costs.
Supports deployment of virtual servers on IBM Power and VMware.
