Hi team,

I'm trying deploy a simple Symphony plugin created in Eclipse 3.4.2.  I've followed all the steps from guides how to set up the programs ( SDK 3, Lotus Expeditors toolkit 6.2.1)

I was trying to create a simple plug in from your guides (hello world). I've managed to open & run the symphony from the Eclipse (Run configurations), but when I tried to deploy the plugin into Symphony it did not work. When dragging the zip file into the widget panel, I get this message: An internal error occured during:"Drop Widget Job". java.lang.NullPointerException.
When I try to go via Application/ Install I get the" Archive does not contain an update site. Please select another archive.

I've followed all the steps in the guides and I also included the extension.xml on the correct place. Can you please tell me, what could be the cause of this problem? Or how can I resolve this problem.
