IBM Docs Beta Now Available

IBM Docs is a new office productivity suite for working on documents, spreadsheets and presentations -- together -- in the cloud. IBM Docs only a browser and an account, and you are able to easily create professional looking documents and share them with others. IBM Docs is simple yet powerful – letting you get started quickly, but delivering the advanced features you need.

If you'd like to give it a try all you need is a Lotus Greenhouse ID. You can sign up or if you already have a Lotus Greenhouse ID sign in and try it here Lotus Greenhouse

Lotus Greenhouse sign up requires a commercial email account.

    I'm helping a Fortune 500 company choose between IBM, Microsoft and Google for our email, calendar, documents, collaboration and portal. IBM gave a 3 hour SmartCloud demo that included IBM Docs, and displayed a 60 day trial, which I presume will become standard, although you might currently still be in beta. We're continuing demos, and then workshops.

    I'd really like to do some spreadsheet work today that I'm doing as part of the vendor assessment, but I cannot find a link to try or join the beta of IBM Docs. I tried a PMR as the quicket way to get an IBM person to help. but they just closed it because we don't currently have an entitlement for it (duh!).
