How to access new templates to use with Lotus Symphony applications

Profile image for Buzzmaster1 The Lotus Symphony Gallery web page enables you to download templates to add to those already provided with the Lotus Symphony tools.

Access the Lotus Symphony Gallery tab page at the following URL: http://symphony.lotus.com/software/lotus/symphony/gallery.jspa

Under the Show Gallery for section on the left of the Gallery page, select the content type you want to download.

Click: Lotus Symphony Documents to select from a list of templates you can use for word processing documents.

Lotus Symphony Presentations to select from a list of templates you can use for presentations.

Lotus Symphony Spreadsheets to select from a list of templates you can use for spreadsheets.

Click the appropriate Lotus Symphony application's name, click the desired template's name, and then click Download Now.

On the File Download dialog box, click Save, find the local folder where you need to save the template to, and then click Save again. Afterwards, you can import the template with Template Organizer by choosing File > Template Organizer.
