Symphony Release 1.1 Available including Ubuntu Beta 1

Symphony 1.1 includes some exciting new functions like Mail/Merge and support for Ubuntu. You can find out all the details by looking at the release notes available from the home page.

    Install went well on my 32 bit. Installation of the French and German dictionaries was another story--see Support comment.

    Hi I think ibm lotus symphony is a great software but it needs to do better. I have play with documents for ms office 2003 and lotus symphony and it is not 100% compatible.

    Also, some layout from lotus symphony has to be improved. For example wheh you go to file -> open -> file .. do you really need to put file there?? can just leave file -> open ???

    When will you adopt Open Office v2.x code? Or you will just go straight to v3? OO v2.x is much faster and much more compatible in opening my Word documents. Come on, you could be better than this..
