IBM Canada hires over 400 students per year across Canada for our numerous student programs including the co-op program, the Industrial Internship Program (IIP), INROADS, and the Shad Valley International Student program. Future Blue was created by students to bring all of these students together in a tightly knit community. Since its inception, Future Blue has taken an active role in organizing social activities, keeping the student body informed about corporate news and promoting internal recruitment practices and professional development for all students.
Future Blue Day
Every summer IBM Canada celebrates its student population with a daylong party. Every student is invited to meet each other, mingle and most importantly,have fun. Future Blue Day provides students with an opportunity to network and learn about IBM products, while having fun with fellow employees.
