CHD Developers Ltd.
Construction / Architecture / Engineering
Founded in Delhi, India in 1990 and employing 211 people, CHD Developers is a leading real estate company specializing in residential builds. With a strong emphasis on build quality, on-time project delivery and customer service, the company is successfully driving rapid growth across the country, and generated revenues equivalent to USD435.8m in 2012.
To drive growth, CHD Developers wanted to expand its real estate development activities across India, but communication barriers between business units limited its operating efficiency.
CHD Developers designed an integrated business process, supported from end-to-end by SAP ERP software and a cloud-in-a-box solution from IBM, delivering a single source of truth for operational data across the business.
Integrated processes help CHD Developers to manage construction projects more efficiently: enabling it to boost operating capacity utilization significantly, take on 40 percent more projects and drive business growth.
