Aon Integramark is a debt cancellation service provider for the US lending industry. The company provides a broad range of debt cancellation solutions and serves large-scale financial institutions offering general purpose and retail credit cards. Aon Integramark is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aon plc, a leading global provider of risk management, human resources, and insurance and reinsurance brokerage solutions as well as outsourcing services. Aon has 65,000 employees in more than 120 countries.
To give employees the information they need to efficiently perform their jobs, Aon Integramark sought to keep data synchronized across a growing number of corporate applications.
The company engaged IBM Business Partner Royal Cyber Inc. to create a service-oriented architecture (SOA) using IBM® Rational® and IBM WebSphere® software.
Aon Integramark increased internal efficiency by as much as 85 percent because staff members save more than one minute per database query.
