Welcome to the IBM ServicePac® / Lenovo Services registration tool. This site will guide you through the registration process for the IBM ServicePac / Lenovo Services you ordered and will give you the information you need to use the services you purchased.
Using the IBM ServicePac / Lenovo Services family of specialized support services can help you make the most of your technology investment.

On July 11, 2016 Lenovo Services will be registered via Lenovo registration portal.
To determine whether your contract will be registered via IBM or Lenovo's portal, please enter your Authorization Number/PIN code below and you will be directed to the correct registration portal.

IBM hardware ServicePacs for System X systems purchased prior to October 1st 2014 in Group 1 countries*, January 1st 2015 in Group 2 countries*, or April 1st 2015 in Group 3 countries* and assigned to Lenovo, must be registered as Lenovo Services.

* Group 1: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and United States.
* Group 2: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Luxembourg, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and Vietnam
* Group 3: Angola, Brunei, Cambodia, Cyprus, Estonia, Ghana, Guadeloupe, Iceland, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Macao, Myanmar, Pakistan, Qatar, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, and Zambia.
