Follow these 3 easy steps to activate your service:
- Review and agree to the terms and conditions.
- If you have already read and accepted the terms and conditions click here to complete the activation form.
- Complete the Activation Form.
- Here, we'll need your name and contact information, ServicePac authorization number, date of purchase, machine type, machine model, and machine serial number for each computer you want to activate.
- This information can also be provided in an ASCII text file format which you can attach to an e-mail and send it to us by clicking on the "E-mail" button on the activation form contained within this site. When sending an e-mail, be sure to include your company name and address, as well as your name and contact address.
- Click on submit - that's it!
- We'll provide you with IBM ServicePac activation confirmation and instructions on how to access your service.
Please provide specific information regarding the hardware and software operating system that needs to be activated. You should review the supported hardware products information to verify the level of service provided by each part number.

For Warranty and Maintenance Options and Post-Warranty Maintenance Agreement ServicePacs purchased on or after Feb 14, 2005, please go to the IBM Global eServicePac web site to perform the registration. Be sure to obtain the Authorization and PIN # from your point of purchase.
