To activate the ServicePac, please provide your name and contact information, ServicePac authorization number, date of purchase, machine type, machine model, and machine serial number for each computer you want to activate.

The fields indicated with an asterisk (*) are required to complete this transaction; other fields are optional. If you do not want to provide us with the required information, please use the "Back" button on your browser to return to the previous page, or close the window or browser session that is displaying this page.

Product registration

Your ServicePac registration can be submitted in one of two ways:

  1. By attaching a formatted file
  2. By entering the required information in the table below (up to 25 entries allowed)

1. Submitting a formatted file

You can also provide information in an ASCII text file format, which can be attached to an e-mail by clicking on the "E-mail" button. Please note, If you attach an ASCII text file, all typed hardware information will not be transmitted.

If you use the e-mail function, you can attach a file containing the computer information by using the >file< attach function (Click here for the file format specifications).

Please be sure to include your CompanyName name and address, as well as your contact information in the e-mail.

2. Completing the table

  1. Enter your authorization number in the box below
  2. Enter your ServicePac purchase date in the box below
  3. Directly enter the hardware data into the table below
  4. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page

Directly enter the computer information and then click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of this form.

Enter your authorization number, your VAxxx or your VPxxx number in the box below. The number can be found on your invoice or in your ServicePac email confirmation. If you do not have this number please contact your point of purchase. If you need further assistance contact our ServicePac Support Desk at 1-888-956-7227.

Please note: Upon submission of this activation form to IBM, all sales are final for both hardware and software services.
