How to access your service

With Warranty and Maintenance Options, when you call for repair service, you can rest assured that your equipment will be repaired and back in operation.

To access repair service for mobile products, PCs, monitors and servers

  1. Call the support line at 1-800-IBM-SERV (1-800-426-7378).
  2. Follow the menu choices and you'll be connected to an IBM support specialist who will help you get the service you need.

To access service for printers

Call 1-800-IBM-SERV (1-800-426-7378). Here you can initiate a service call, cancel a service call, check service call status or update your call record. It's all at your fingertips.


For Warranty and Maintenance Options and Post-Warranty Maintenance Agreement ServicePacs purchased on or after Feb 14, 2005, please go to the IBM Global eServicePac web site to perform the registration. Be sure to obtain the Authorization and PIN # from your point of purchase.
