How to find us
From Vancouver International Airport
Exit the airport via Grant McConachie Way and cross the Arthur Laing Bridge. Follow the signs onto SW Marine Drive and continue 8 km's east. Turn left onto Boundary Road and continue 5.5 km. Turn right onto Schou Street, which turns into Canada Way. Continue 2 km, crossing Willingdon. The IBM complex will be on your left hand side. Turn left onto Wayburne Drive, and immediately left into the complex.

From Downtown Vancouver
Follow Hastings Street east out of downtown. After 6 km, take the Highway #1 East. Merge onto the highway and continue 3 km to the Willingdon Avenue South exit on the right (Exit 29A). Merge onto Willingdon Avenue, getting into the left lane as soon as possible. At the first lights, turn left onto Canada Way. The IBM Complex will be on your left hand side. Turn left onto Wayburne Drive and immediately left into the complex.

From the Fraser Valley via the Trans-Canada Freeway
Traveling westbound along Highway #1 from the Fraser Valley, cross the Port Mann Bridge and continue about 17 km. Take the Willingdon Avenue exit (Exit 29) on the right. Keep left at the fork in the ramp and take the Willingdon Avenue South exit on the right. Merge onto Willingdon Avenue and turn left onto Canada way at the first set of lights. The IBM complex will be on your left hand side. Turn left onto Wayburne Drive and immediately left into the complex.

From the US Border along HWY #99
After clearing Canada Customs, follow Highway #99 north. Take the #10 exit north onto King George Highway (#99A) and continue for approximately 20 km, through Surrey City Centre to the Pattullo Bridge toward New Westminster. The Pattullo Bridge becomes McBride Boulevard. Continue along for about 2 km, and turn left onto 10th Avenue. At Canada Way, turn right,and follow the road until you come to Wayburne Drive. Turn right onto Wayburne, and immediately left onto the IBM complex.

Visitor parking
Visitors may park in the IBM reserved spaces south of the 4611 Canada Way entrance. Licence plates must be registered with Reception.
