With opportunity comes challenge. Within the SAP practice, your responsibilities will include assessing business and application requirements, driving the development of functional and systems specifications, conducting fit/gap analysis and business/process modeling, and configuring software to business requirements. You will also develop and execute test plans to confirm the functionality, maintain necessary documentation, perform knowledge transfer to clients, and provide support for deployment and sustainment.
With challenge comes fulfillment. As a starting point, your qualifications include at least two years of SAP implementation experience, ideally with two full project lifecycles. This background has given you strong configuration skills in SAP versions 4.6C and higher, familiarity with the ASAP implementation methodology, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A self-starter, you have strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. You also have an understanding of consulting services and industry best practices. The ability to travel extensively in Canada and the U.S. is required, while bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset.
