Single Order Validation Application (SOVA) performs a number of technical validation audits for IBM Servers, Retail Store Systems, Storage Systems, related peripherals, and associated IBM software. SOVA allows you to identify fulfillment and manufacturing order issues before you submit your order to IBM. The order is specified in a configuration report (CFReport file,CFXML file), generated by a supported IBM product configurator. SOVA is currently required for US orders and is available as a pilot for EMEA.
Response performance from the SOVA web site server is consistent with response time for other internet applications. You should expect this request to be completed in 15 seconds or less for a typical CFReport. Large or complex configurations could take longer. A request which takes over 7 minutes to complete will be 'time out' and be managed by SOVA Operations.
Generate a lead time classification report
This report will provide the lead time classification for each feature and/or product in your configuration. The shorter the lead time, the less time the configuration will take to manufacture.
