Reduction of the hardcopy books delivered with OS/390 V2R10.0 orders

Effective May 3, 2002, the number of free hardcopy books that you receive if you order OS/390 V2 R10.0 will be reduced. You will continue to receive, in softcopy format, all of the books previously delivered in hardcopy format with OS/390 V2R10.0 orders. The licensed and unlicensed softcopy books for OS/390 V2R10.0 are provided on three softcopy collections in BookManager and PDF format for easy printing. As of May 3, 2002, with your order you will receive the following CD-ROM collections (containing softcopy books) and hardcopy documents:

The above list of documentation that you will receive free with your OS/390 V2R10.0 order replaces the documentation listed in the Announcement titled IBM OS/390 Version 2 Release 10 Availability, dated May 2000. After May 3, 2002, you will only receive free copies of the hardcopy books listed above. If you want to receive the additional hardcopy books free with your order, place your order before May 3, 2002. After May 3, 2002, the additional hardcopy books may be ordered for a fee. Please be aware that the softcopy books contain the latest information, and in some cases are more current than the hardcopy books.
