IBM has begun offering education on a variety of z/VSE V4 topics. This education is in the form of 'Live Virtual Classes' (LVC). In a LVC, you can see the charts and listen to the speaker 'live'. In addition, you are able (and encouraged) to ask questions of the speaker during a Q&A session following the prepared presentation. Each LVC lasts approximately one hour, including Q&A. There is no fixed schedule, so please check this web page periodically to find out if there's a new LVC planned. LVC sessions are free of charge.
At rhe day of each LVC, the charts will be posted here in PDF format. a few hours later, a playback will be available as well. With the replay, you are able to read the charts and hear everything that was said on the LVC. You are welcome to read the charts or listen to the playbacks if you can't participate 'live'. However, compared to the replay, one advantage of live participation is that you are able to ask questions of the speaker.
