When your testing shows the entire application receives the
expected results, you can move the entire unit over to production.
You can use either STEPLIB or LNKLST in production.
Adding Language Environment to LNKLST makes Language Environment
available to all your applications. Using STEPLIB allows you to
phase in one region (CICS or IMS), batch, or user (TSO) at a time.
Although using STEPLIB means changing JCL, it does allow for a
phased implementation of Language Environment.
