PTF UQ70881 ++HOLD information

The default dump has changed in this Java SDK. A transaction dump (TDUMP) is now produced in favor of a CEEDUMP. This TDUMP is larger than a CEEDUMP but smaller than an SVCDUMP. The purpose of the TDUMP is to better aid problem diagnosis first time around. Refer to information APAR II13292 for further information and details on how to disable this feature

Customers installing on OS/390 or z/OS Version 1, Release 1 will see several msgFSUMF079 warning messages for some files in the demo directory. These messages can safely be ignored. The messages are generated because an expanded pax command on z/OS Version 1, Release 2 was used to create the PTF file.
