You can order collections through toll-free numbers, the Internet, and your IBM representative.
You can order online library collections using the ordering systems used to order IBM hardcopy publications or software feature codes. Specify the appropriate order number or feature codes.
To order collections for a specific country, do one of the following:
- Access the
IBM Publications Center on the Web and select country selection, then select "Search for Publications," and type the publications number. You can also read and download online publications in various formats at this Web site.
- Contact an IBM representative or call the local IBM office and ask for the literature department.
You can order a
single update of CD-ROM library collections through normal publication ordering channels by using the order number of the collection (for example, SK3T-4269 for the z/OS V1R
x Collection). Use any of the following methods:
- Call the IBM toll-free number 1+800+879-2755 and select the Publications option (press 1). If you are using a rotary phone, wait for assistance.
- Contact your IBM representative.
- Send an order form to IBM as follows:

You can order a
continuing subscription to a collection as a feature of z/OS by contacting your IBM representative or by calling IBM Direct at 1+800+426-2255 and mentioning priority code LE001 and indicating that you are ordering a z/OS product feature. Specify the program number and name of the collection to which you want to subscribe:

For example, to order a continuing subscription to the z/OS Software Products Collection for a one-time charge of $275 as a feature of z/OS, call IBM Direct at 1+800+426-2255, mention priority code LE001, and indicate that you want to order a product feature, or contact an IBM representative. Specify the z/OS program number (5694-A01) and the name of the collection (z/OS Software Products Collection). The one-time charge includes automatic shipment of all updates made to the collection while the product version is orderable.
