Title: Migrating Solaris Applications to AIX
Abstract: Need to migrate applications from the SUN Solaris® platform to the IBM® AIX® platform? This document makes it easy. In most cases, migration will require nothing more than a simple recompile. But there are exceptions. Throughout this paper, we will discuss various migration scenarios and focus on the instances that require changes to the application source or to the way the application is built for an easy move from Solaris to AIX.
