Minimum requirements: Netscape 4.05 or IE 4.0 with Java and JavaScript enabled. Mozilla Firefox browser can be used to view this course.

Navigating the course: Refer to the image of the Navigation buttons below.

• Click the right pointing arrow to go forward one page.
• Click the left pointing arrow to go back one page.
• The 'Agenda' page lists all the pages in this IBE for quick navigation.
• The 'Links' page contains the Hotlinks to related information.
• The 'FAQs' page lists frequently asked questions about the subject.
• The 'Quiz' page asks you questions about what you've learned.
• The 'Terms' page contains definitions for commonly used terms. In the Speaker Note window, you can click on a term in red to open its definition.
• The 'Feedback' page is a forum for you to send us comments and suggestions.
• The 'Help' page gives you this information.
• 'Note' opens and closes the Speaker Note frame on the right hand side of the window.
• 'Audio' toggles the audio on and off. The controls | | in the top frame can be used to replay a clip.
• Click 'Exit' to leave the course.
