- If you have a problem with an installed Coprocessor,

to obtain support. If your problem concerns a
Coprocessor installed in a Windows or OS/2 system,
contact
the Support Team by email as outlined below. Otherwise
refer your problem to IBM through the channel indicated
in Where to obtain
support, generally through the Retain PMR process.
If you have questions or problems with an IBM software product that uses the IBM PCI Cryptographic
Coprocessor, then you should submit your question or problem to IBM using the platform channel indicated
in Where to obtain support. Generally, this is through the Retain PMR process. Note that products such as ICSF and TKE should be contacted through zSeries support, and not using the crypto email address given on this page.

IBM monitors the crypto email queue several times each
business day in the eastern USA. Normally you should
expect a response within one business day. Include the
following information in your email:
- Your name and the name of your company
- Your email address and your phone number
- Indicate if you are asking a question or reporting
a problem
- Your question, comment, or problem description
- For problems also include
- The IBM 4758 model number and serial number
- The type and model of host computer
- The operating system type and level
- The level of the CCA or the PKCS#11 Support
Program that you are using
- Reference any prior communication on the same
problem or situation.
