IBM Retail User Group

The IBM Retail User Group has, for over 31 years, provided a platform for hundreds of Retailers, IBM and IBM Business Partners to advance retail systems technology.

The User Group represents an installed base of tens of thousands of IBM POS terminals and other in-store systems in all segments of the retail industry including Department Stores, Specialty Stores, Mass Merchandisers, Drug, Food Service, Hospitality and many others.

The User Group will celebrate its 31th anniversary at this year’s annual education conference, to be held in Orlando, Florida, 18-21 May 2008. The conference offers a forum to share ideas and solutions as well as provide an environment conducive to networking.
