- IBM works directly with Novell to resolve issue
Customers can streamline their Novell® platform support with IBM’s newest service offering. This subscription support makes IBM the single point of contact to customers running SUSE® Linux® Enterprise Point of Service (SLEPOS) 11 on IBM point-of-Sale (POS) and AnyPlace™ Kiosk hardware1. Customers initiate one contact and IBM can manage support issues across the solution stack, provide a single interface to the customer and resolve issues directly with Novell without need for involvement by the customer.
