Memory Requirements:
  • Minimum/Maximum controller – 128 MB/1 GB

  • Maximum terminal – 512 MB (for those 4694 and SurePOS 700 terminals that can run 512 MB)

1. Please note that only the IBM SurePOS 700 Series and select models of the IBM SurePOS 4694 POS System can run Java applications. 

2. Loop and token ring communications are only supported if the store controllers are in classic mode. 

3. Note that the IBM SurePOS 4694-154 is a Japan-specific terminal.
