IBM Self Checkout is available in both Scan and Bag models and Belted models, now with a choice of cash and cashless options to fit virtually any retail environment. These solutions offer retailers enhanced flexibility in placing IBM Self Checkout in a variety of store locations and formats. Details on these models are given below.
Information is also presented on the core module, which is the same across all models and an integral part of IBM’s modular approach to self checkout.
