Business Partner and IBM Employee Enrollment
When & How:
Follow the instructions to complete and submit the form. This will book your attendance at the RS4 conference and reserve your room at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. Note that your enrollment is not complete until you have verified the information on the confirmation screen.
Registration Fees:
Registration fees include meeting materials and food/beverage for all schedule events. Travel and hotel expenses are the responsibility of the attendees.
- $495 per person by February 24, 2012
- $550 per person after February 24, 2012
- $600 per person after April 6, 2012
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing. A complete refund of tuition fees will be issued if received by March 30, 2012. A 50% refund between March 31st and April 23rd. No refunds after April 24th; however, replacements for registrants may be made at any time without penalty.
Hotel Deadline:
The enrollment deadline for a room at the conference hotel is Friday, April 6th. Cancellations received after this date may incur a credit card charge of one night's hotel room expense. An enrollment substitution may be made at any time without penalty.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Sponsorship at this event will provide your firm with an opportunity to showcase your solutions. Conference sponsorships are available to Business Partners who wish to assist IBM in hosting this event. Note to IBM Employees: IBM attendees will be charged the registration fees listed above to participate in the conference. Please be certain you have management approval prior to completing this enrollment.
