TCxGravity by Toshiba is the first retail store solution to give mobile consumers a true “omni-channel” experience, in and out of the store. The game-changing technology allows stores to interactively engage with consumers along the buying journey for a seamless brand experience. In the store, TCxGravity has full and flexible point-of-commerce features so consumers and sales staff are free to choose the path that best meets their transaction needs at the moment of purchase. TCxGravity establishes a stable, scalable platform that adapts easily as new technologies and touch-points arise, creating unmatched, sustainable business value. TCxGravity can be deployed as a stand-alone POS or in conjunction with IBM Sterling Order Management technology, which provides real-time, enterprise-wide commerce capabilities such as offering products and services based on a customer’s order history; managing an order taken from another channel; and offering alternatives to out-of-stock items and store merchandise pick-up.
