Self registration process

   

The purpose of this guide is to provide step-by-step instructions to self-register your supplier company and yourself on the IBM EmptorisSP tool. If you need further assistance, contact the IBM Global Procurement application support center (PASC).

Step 1: Obtain an IBM ID. If you already have an IBM ID or are not sure if your IBM ID still works, go to Step 1b.

Step 1a: Go to IBM registration ID web page to register your IBM ID. You can shorten the registration by just filling in the *required fields. Go to Step 2 when done.

Step 1b: If you are not sure whether your IBM ID still works, go to My IBM profile web page. Select ‘Sign in’ with your IBM ID and your password. If it works, proceed to Step 2. If it does not work, go to step 1a and create a new IBM ID for yourself.

Step 2: Once you have your IBM ID, you can self register on the IBM EmptorisSP tool. Go to the sign-in page and authenticate with your IBM ID. Once you have successfully authenticated, you will see the ‘Register Organization’ screen. Fill out the form. Make sure you use the full company name in the Company name field. Click the ‘Save’ button when you are done.

Your self-registration is complete. You will receive an E-mail from “IBM EmptorisSP Notification” that you have registered in the tool. IBM Procurement will review your self-registration. Once it is approved, another notification will be sent to you.
