Emptoris sourcing portfolio application help

Emptoris sourcing portfolio (EmptorisSP) is used by IBM as the primary method to make sourcing decisions. IBM will use EmptorisSP to post requirements to the supply base, collect responses, and then determine the best overall solution to meet the requirements.

EmptorisSP comes with an on-line tutorial and application help function. In addition, downloadable supplier guides are available to assist in responding to the quote request. The supplier may print handy desk copies from these supplier guides.
